Harris Rubin is an Associate Professor in the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University. He holds a PhD and MSc from The University of Western Ontario, a BA from York University, and a BCom from Queen's University. Prior to academia, he worked in industry roles at IBM and TD Securities.
His research focuses on relationship processes and their impact on human judgment and decision-making. Key areas include interpersonal dynamics, organizational behavior, and the application of intensive longitudinal methods. He teaches courses such as Management Principles, Organizational Behavior, and Psychology of People in the Workplace.
