Harriette Rasmussen

Harriette Rasmussen is Assistant Clinical Professor at Drexel University, where she contributes to the EdD in Educational Leadership and Management program. She holds an EdD from Fielding Graduate University and BA from Evergreen State College. As distance faculty, she specializes in adaptive leadership, improvement science, and professional learning.

Research examines leadership as conversational practice, peer observation models, data-informed decision making, and educational reform implementation. Publications explore doctoral education innovation, Common Core integration, and organizational learning cycles. Co-edited 'Adaptive Leadership in a Global Economy' examines leadership applications across sectors.
