Hari Priya Ravindran

Hari Priya Ravindran is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). She holds a doctoral student status at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Materials Science and Engineering. Her research focuses on mathematical biology, optimal control theory, computational biology, and applications in epidemiology, oncology, and quantum computing. She leads the NSF-funded REU Site on Computational Modeling and has organized interdisciplinary conferences such as the SIMIODE EXPO and CUGH satellite sessions on AI ethics in global health.

Her educational background includes advanced studies in mathematical modeling and systems biology. She has received grants from the NSF and MTSU for projects like the ADVANCE IT-Catalyst initiative to promote women in STEM.
