Her research investigates cognitive mechanisms of language acquisition and bilingual processing using behavioural methodologies, with expertise in distributional learning, pupillometry, outer-circle language phonology documentation, and non-linear statistical analysis (including general additive mixed modelling). Current work focuses on the Brain-NORM project examining reading and numeracy skill development in Singaporean bilingual children through behavioural cognitive assessments.
