Hannah Graham, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in Teacher Preparation and the Program Chair of Middle Grades Education at the National College of Education, National Louis University. Her work focuses on disrupting hierarchizing practices in schools and fostering youth-centered classroom environments. She teaches courses including MGE 501, MGE 503, MGE 505, MGE 520, and MGE 590.
Her research examines how curricula and discursive practices shape students' perceptions of themselves and others, alongside teachers' roles in nurturing or hindering students' engagement with disciplinary tools. She advocates for reimagined social possibilities through educational practices.
