Colette M. Tracy

Colette M. Tracy is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Applied Behavioral Sciences at National Louis University. She brings over 20 years of business development and sales management experience across distribution, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and non-profit sectors. At National Louis University, she teaches courses in Adult Development and Assessment, Organizational Behavior, and Communication (Interpersonal and Societal Leadership). Her areas of expertise include Adult Learning and Leadership, with a focus on understanding motivation in achievement within underserved populations.
