Hannah Cho

Hannah Cho is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Music Department at Saint Martin’s University (Lacey, WA), affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences. A renowned pianist and educator, she specializes in piano performance, pedagogy, and chamber music. Her career includes performances across South Korea, Japan, Bulgaria, and the U.S., including Carnegie Weill Recital Hall. She collaborates with orchestras like the Vratza Symphony Orchestra and maintains a large private studio.

Education: B.M. in Piano Performance from Dong-A University (South Korea), Master’s and Konzertexamen from Pancho Vladigerov National Music Academy (Bulgaria), under Prof. Anton Dikov and others.

Research interests focus on bridging classical music performance with pedagogical innovation. She adjudicates international competitions and co-founded ensemble Forza La Femme, alongside forming Duo Amabile for piano duos. Recent highlights include a successful South Korea tour with Duo Amabile.

Awards include prestigious competitions like the American Prize and American Protégé. Her work emphasizes collaborative artistry and audience engagement through chamber music.
