Dr. Hamid Rahai is a Professor at the College of Engineering, California State University, Long Beach. He serves as the founding director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Research & Services (CEERS) and Associate Dean for Research & Graduate Studies in the College of Engineering. His work spans Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and energy/environmental research, managing over $6 million in grants from organizations like the National Science Foundation, Federal Highway Administration, and Boeing.
