Haiying Yang

Dr. Haiying Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Department at Missouri State University, based in Springfield, MO. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Supply Chain Management) from Syracuse University (2022), an MS in Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas-Dallas (2016), and an MS in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2013).

Her research focuses on Sustainable Operations Management (with an emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility), Supply Chain Management (contract design and audit mechanisms), and E-commerce (online platforms and live-streaming selling strategies). She teaches courses including Operations Management (MKT 364) and Business Process Management (MKT 565/675).

Dr. Yang has received notable recognitions including the Doctoral Fellowship from Syracuse University (2016–2022) and the Dean’s Excellent Scholarship from the University of Texas-Dallas (2015).
