Prof. Haico Ebbers is a Professor of International Economics at Nyenrode Business University, Netherlands. He holds a doctorate from the University of Groningen (1995) and has been a faculty member since 1991, becoming a full professor in 2004. His research focuses on Chinese economic development, EU-China economic relations, and the rise of New Economic Powers. He leads Nyenrode's Faculty Research Center for Entrepreneurship, Governance & Stewardship and founded the Nyenrode China Institute.
