Gulcan Saglam

Gulcan Saglam is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Affairs within the University of Georgia's School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA). She joined SPIA in 2019 and teaches courses on global issues, international relations, international migration, and the political economy of development.
