Guillermo Meza

Guillermo Meza, M.A., is a retired Lecturer of Spanish in the Department of World Languages and Literatures at the University of Nevada, Reno, housed within the College of Liberal Arts. He retired in December 2015.

He holds an M.A. from the University of Chile.

His research and professional focus centered on language pedagogy and Hispanic culture. Key contributions include founding two campus film series—one featuring Hispanic feature films and another addressing cultural topics—as well as creating educational bulletin boards highlighting diverse aspects of Hispanic culture. He was also actively engaged with the local Hispanic community.
