About
Gui Deng is an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship (Education) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and degrees including CEMS MIM (LSE/HEC Paris), M.S. Management (NUS), and B.Eng in Environmental Engineering (NUS).
His research focuses on strategic responses to organizational failures, data breaches, institutional activism, stakeholder management, and entrepreneurship in emerging economies. He teaches Strategy (Undergraduate) and Strategic Management (MBA).
