Gretchen Daily is the Bing Professor of Environmental Science and a Professor in the Department of Biology at Stanford University. She serves as Senior Fellow at the Woods Institute for the Environment and by courtesy at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies. Her work focuses on integrating natural science and economics to advance sustainability, particularly through the Natural Capital Project, which she co-founded and directs.
