Gretchen Castle

Gretchen Castle serves as Dean of the Earlham School of Religion at Earlham College. With a Masters in Organization Development and Adult Learning, her work spans global Quaker leadership, organizational development, and interfaith engagement. She previously held roles like General Secretary of Friends World Committee for Consultation and presiding clerk of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.
