Dr. Gregory Zinman is an Associate Professor in Film and Media at Emory University, currently on leave for Spring 2025. His interdisciplinary research bridges film studies, media studies, and art history, with specializations in experimental film, global media art, and digital culture. He has curated public screening programs including Off The Wall @ 725 Ponce in Atlanta and has organized exhibitions at institutions such as the Museum of the Moving Image and Smithsonian American Art Museum.
Zinman contributes to both academic and public discourse through publications in The New Yorker, The Atlantic, and Journal of Cinema and Media Studies.
