Gregory Scott

Gregory Scott is Senior Lecturer in Chinese Culture and History at the University of Manchester. Research focuses on Chinese Buddhism, print culture, and modern Chinese history (1860s-1960s), with expertise in religious revival and publishing history. Current projects examine monastic reconstruction and digital game-based pedagogy. Administrative roles include undergraduate program direction and residence abroad coordination.
