Dr. Gregor Semieniuk is a Researcher at the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) at the University of Sussex, associated with the EU H2020 DOLFINS project. He concurrently works as a Senior Climate Change Economist at the World Bank and holds affiliations with UCL's Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose, and the Political Economy Research Institute (PERI) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His research focuses on the political economy of low-carbon transitions, energy systems transformation, and the financial mechanisms enabling sustainable development.
