Greg Shailer is a Professor of Accounting and Director of the Australian National Centre for Audit & Assurance Research (ANCAAR) at the Australian National University (ANU). He leads the Corporations, Governance & Society Research Group within the Research School of Accounting (RSA). His research focuses on corporate governance, institutional and cultural conflicts, and the economics and regulation of auditing. He holds editorial roles with journals such as the International Journal of Auditing and contributes to the Encyclopedia of Business and Professional Ethics.
