Greg Reilly is Professor of Management and Department Head of the Boucher Management & Entrepreneurship Department at the UConn School of Business, where he teaches integrative strategy classes. He served as Academic Director for the School’s Graduate Programs in Human Resource Management from 2014-2019 and currently holds the position of Interim Dean at the School of Business.

His recent publications highlight trends in strategic human resource management, including pay-for-performance arrangements, conflict dynamics in teams, and human capital flow analysis. These studies appear in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organization Science.
Prof. Reilly actively engages in executive training programs globally, covering topics like strategy development, HR metrics, and strategic financial management for leaders across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and government services. Collaborative projects with companies such as General Dynamics Electric Boat and Travelers demonstrate his practical application of management theories.
