Dr. Gowri Shankar is a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Washington Bothell (UW Bothell) School of Business. He has served as Vice Chancellor for Planning & Administration (VCPA) since 2019, overseeing institutional planning, budgeting, fiscal services, and campus facilities. His academic career spans institutions like SUNY-Oswego, Cornell University, Syracuse University, and Bangalore University.
