Dr. Gokce Basbug is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Durham University Business School. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor of Management at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business in South Korea. He holds a PhD from MIT Sloan School of Management's Institute for Work and Employment Research and a BA from Istanbul University.
