Gokce Basbug is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Durham University Business School. She previously held an Assistant Professor position at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business in South Korea. Her research focuses on work and employment issues, including job search behavior, unemployment dynamics, gender segregation in labor markets, and organizational health/safety. Basbug earned her Ph.D. from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Istanbul University.
