Goce Andrevski

Dr. Goce Andrevski is an Associate Professor at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University. His research focuses on competitive dynamics, strategic management, and diversity in organizational contexts. He holds a PhD from the University of Kentucky, an MBA from Grand Valley State University, and a BBA from the University of Cyril & Methodius.

His research explores how firms compete in dynamic environments, including the role of alliance networks, diversity management, and strategic forbearance. He has published in top journals like Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, and Information Systems Research.
