Gloria Rhodes

Gloria Rhodes is an Associate Professor at the Center for Justice & Peacebuilding within Eastern Mennonite University, specializing in peacebuilding and conflict studies. She teaches courses on conflict theory, peacebuilding practice, and conflict transformation to graduate and undergraduate students, including those in the Masters of Nursing program.

The 2023 article Conflict analysis, learning from practice highlights her work bridging theory and practice in peacebuilding. Her research trends focus on personal formation, trauma resilience, and conflict competency for leaders, as seen in her 2021 forthcoming book chapter and STAR program contributions.
