Prof. Gjalt de Graaf is a Full Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, leading the New Public Governance (NPG) research group. He holds dual appointments in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, specializing in public governance quality, integrity, and value conflicts. His work addresses how social media, academic education, and whistleblowing impact governance practices.
