Giuseppe Positano is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Salento's Department of Legal Sciences. He teaches Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economics (Economics, Finance and Insurance program) and Corporate Crisis Law at the Faculty of Law. He also instructs at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions in Lecce. Additionally, he serves on the ABF Arbitration Panel at the Bank of Italy (Bari) and was appointed to the ABF Coordination Board in Rome for 2019.
His research focuses on Commercial Law, Business Crisis Law, and Jurisprudence, with particular expertise in corporate insolvency frameworks and regulatory aspects of commercial enterprises.
He has supervised Master's theses on topics including provisional company management and sports law insolvency. Office hours are held post-lecture in Law and Economics classrooms.
