Gitte Wichmann-Hansen is a Professor in the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Agder (UiA). She holds a Master's in Pedagogy and a PhD in Educational Research, with over 20 years of experience in higher education teaching development. Her primary focus is on doctoral and master's thesis supervision, exploring the balance between fostering student autonomy and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
