Dimitrios C. Ghicas is a Professor of Financial Accounting at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), where he has been affiliated since 1999-2001 as Acting Chairperson of the Department of Accounting and Finance and Director of the Full-Time MBA Program (1994-1998). He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Florida and previously served as Associate Professor of Accountancy at Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York.
