Dr. Gerard Kelly is a Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Associate Professor) in Environmental Law at Queen's University Belfast's School of Law. His expertise spans climate law, environmental governance, and planning law. He is a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and a member of the IUCN's World Commission on Environmental Law Climate Change Specialist Group.
