Professor Georgina Mary Chambers is a leading academic and Director of the National Perinatal Epidemiology and Statistics Unit (NPESU) at UNSW Sydney. Her roles include Data Custodian for key databases such as the Australian and New Zealand Assisted Reproductive Technology Database (ANZARD) and the World IVF Registry. She holds a PhD in Health Economics, an MBA, and other advanced qualifications.
Her research focuses on health economics, policy analysis, and epidemiology in reproductive and perinatal medicine. Key achievements include developing the YourIVFSuccess website, awarded the 2023 Research Australia Data Innovation Award. She has supervised numerous PhD students and secured over $25 million in research funding.
