Wentao Li

Wentao Li is a Senior Lecturer at UNSW Sydney and an NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow. He holds an adjunct position at Monash University's Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. His expertise spans clinical epidemiology, reproductive medicine, and obstetrics, with a focus on improving evidence-based practices through randomized controlled trials and big data analysis.

Education: BA, MD, PhD (Public Health).

Research interests include infertility outcomes, obstetric interventions, and advanced epidemiological methods like individual participant data meta-analyses. He leads international collaborations and has secured grants from NHMRC, Merck KGaA, and the Ramaciotti Foundation.

Awards: NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow. Editorial roles include Fertility & Sterility, Human Reproduction, and Human Reproduction Open.

Teaching: Course convenor for Reproductive, Perinatal Epidemiology & Biostatistics and Research Project in Reproductive/Women's Health.
