George Hrivnak

Dr. George Hrivnak serves as an Associate Professor of Management at Bond Business School, Bond University, specializing in organizational behavior and leadership development. He teaches across undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs with expertise in negotiation, change management, and experiential learning methodologies.

Education:

His research centers on management education innovation, examining instructional design, assessment of learning transfer, and technology-enhanced pedagogy. He investigates how motivation, emotion, and self-regulation impact organizational learning, with particular focus on experiential methods like simulations and service-learning. His work bridges organizational psychology with practical educational applications.

Recent publications demonstrate strong thematic cohesion in care ethics within educational environments, conflict-driven entrepreneurship, and communication frameworks for professional settings. His current projects examine micro-expressions of care in academic environments and effectuation strategies in humanitarian crises, often collaborating with international partners from Ukraine and healthcare sectors.
