Geoff Baum serves as the Chief Mentor and Executive Fellow at the Lazaridis Institute, Wilfrid Laurier University, leading the ScaleUp program for high-potential Canadian scale-ups. He is a founder and international product and marketing expert specializing in positioning, go-to-market strategies, and scaling startups from founder-led to team-based growth models.

Previously, at Adobe, he led award-winning product innovations including Photoshop Express and Adobe's first mobile apps, and co-founded Garage.com, a venture capital investment bank that supported over 150 startups.
