Dr. Gabrielle Daoust is an Assistant Professor and Graduate Chair (International Studies) in the Department of Global and International Studies at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). She holds a PhD from the University of Sussex (UK) and an MSW from the University of Calgary. Her work focuses on climate change, environmental security, humanitarian responses, and education in conflict zones, particularly in the Lake Chad Basin, Sahel, and Sudan/South Sudan.
