Fred Brooks

Fred Brooks is an Associate Professor at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, specializing in the School of Social Work. His research focuses on poverty and inequality, with an emphasis on evaluating interventions in community, labor, non-profit, and government sectors.
