Frank R. Gunter is a Professor of Economics at Lehigh University's College of Business. He serves on the Iraq Britain Business Council and is a Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. His teaching includes principles of economics, economic development, and specialized courses on the political economy of Iraq and the MENA region.
