Franck BARBIER is a Professor at the Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France, currently serving as Vice President Delegate for the Health sector since October 2024. Previously, he was Vice President for the Training Council (2016-2024) and Director of the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Professions (2009-2016), after serving as its Deputy Director (2005-2009).
