Francesca Magli

Francesca Magli is an Assistant Professor in Business Administration and Management at the Department of Business and Law, University of Milano-Bicocca. She is actively involved in academic initiatives such as co-leading the Governance & Organisation Module and leading the Financial Management-1 Module in EMMRI.

Her research focuses on corporate governance and control systems, accounting (including historical perspectives), financial management and communication, integrated reporting, and management practices in healthcare organizations. She holds both an MSc and Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Milano-Bicocca.
