Prof. Paraskevi Fragopoulou is a Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece. She holds a diploma from the University of Crete (1989), M.S. and Ph.D. from Queen’s University, Canada (1990, 1995). Her research focuses on Distributed and Parallel Computing, Peer-to-Peer Systems, Grid Computing, and Computer Networks. She has co-authored over 70 publications and participated in projects funded by the European Commission and Greek Government.
