Floor Rink

Prof. Floor Rink is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Identity Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Groningen. She specializes in diversity, governance, status dynamics, and strategic leadership. Rink holds a master’s from the University of Groningen and a PhD in social psychology from Leiden University (cum laude). Her research bridges psychology and management, addressing topics like diversity in organizations, leadership during crises, and board governance. She has received a VIDI grant (2016) for her work on top management regulation and has published extensively in journals like the Academy of Management Journal and Psychological Science.
