Fiona Kelly is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia (UBC), joining full-time in July 2007. Prior to this, she served as a part-time lecturer at UBC and completed her doctoral studies in Law. Her academic career spans roles at the University of Melbourne, the Family Court of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Family Studies.
