Dr. Filip Cyuńczyk is a lecturer and legal scholar affiliated with SWPS University, where he teaches legal ethics and universal values in law. He holds a doctorate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2019) and has studied at the International Institute for the Sociology of Law in Oñati, Basque Country. His research focuses on the sociology of law, particularly constitutionalism, the interplay between law and group identity, conflict resolution through legal frameworks, the regulation of collective social memories, and legal education in Poland.
He has served as a visiting lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law (constitutional law, research methods) and as an International Trainer in Human Rights and Conflict Policies at the OSCE Border Management Staff College. Additionally, he is an associate researcher at the Centre for Legal Education and Social Theory "CLEST" at the University of Wrocław, contributing to interdisciplinary research projects on law and society.
