Fernanda Capraro is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of English T/ESOL and University Writing Program at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). She holds a Ph.D. in Foreign Language Education from The Ohio State University, an M.A. in Spanish Literature from Wayne State University, and a B.A. in Spanish and Bilingual/Bicultural Education from Eastern Michigan University.
Her research focuses on vocabulary development, academic writing support for multilingual learners, international teaching assistants, and integrating technology into language education. She has taught ESL, Spanish, and academic writing courses across various levels.
