Ferhat ULU

Ferhat ULU is a Lecturer at the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering, Kastamonu University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Turkey, since 2023. Previously, he served as a Research Assistant at the same institution from 2014-2023. His research focuses on Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, and Genetics, particularly plant stress responses and gene expression analysis.

His research integrates bioinformatics with molecular biology to study plant stress responses, including drought tolerance in wheat and expansin proteins in Cucurbitaceae species. Recent work includes NAC transcription factor family analysis in Beta vulgaris and LAMP assay development for chestnut blight diagnostics.
