Felipe Mercado, Ed.D., MSW, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at California State University, Fresno. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master's in Social Work, and a Bachelor's in Social Work, all from Fresno State. His professional journey includes roles as an elementary school principal, counselor, and social worker, complemented by certifications as a Certified Compassion Teacher and Chief Wellbeing Officer.
