Fang Yang

Fang (Rose) Yang is an Associate Professor of Accounting in the College of Business Administration at University of Detroit Mercy. She teaches financial accounting and managerial accounting courses at undergraduate levels.

Education:

• PhD in Accounting, University of Memphis
• MS in Accounting, University of Memphis
• BA in Language and Literature, East China Normal University

Her research examines corporate governance mechanisms, accounting treatment of R&D expenditures, corporate investment decisions, and accounting education. She has published in Journal of Accounting and Finance, Journal of Business and Behavioral Sciences, and Journal of Contemporary Business Issues.
