Dr Fandi Ibrahim is an Associate Professor and Course Leader for the BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Human Health programme at the University of Suffolk, where he oversees curriculum design, quality assurance, and accreditation by the Association for Nutrition (AfN). With dual expertise in academia and industry, he bridges scientific research with practical nutrition applications.
His educational background includes a PhD in Food Chemistry (University of Turku, 2006), an MSc in Food Science and Technology (Assiut University, 2000), and a BSc in Food Science and Technology (Assiut University, 1995). He previously worked at the Functional Foods Forum (University of Turku) and DuPont Nutrition and Health.
