Faith Mkwananzi

Dr. Faith Mkwananzi is a Senior Researcher with the Higher Education and Human Development (HEHD) Research Group at the University of the Free State. Her work focuses on higher education equity, youth agency, migration, and the application of creative methods in educational research across Sub-Saharan Africa.

• Current projects include studies on digital inequalities in eLearning for international students during the pandemic, youth civic engagement in Southern Africa, and aspirations of out-of-school girls in Zimbabwe.
• She specializes in participatory methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and the operationalization of the capability approach in educational contexts.
