Fabienne Darling-Wolf is a Professor in the Journalism department at Lew Klein College of Media and Communication, Temple University. She serves as the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies in the Graduate Office, contributing to both academic leadership and teaching. Her research intersects global media flows, transnational cultural influence, and dynamics of gender, class, race, and ethnicity.
Her recent work explores digital media's impact on rural Japanese communities through ethnographic methods and critical textual analysis. She has taught courses such as Gender and the American Media, Journalism and Globalization, and Qualitative Research Methods, while leading Temple’s Study Away program in London and teaching at Temple University Japan.
